Anxiety & Stress Management

Anxiety management is approached through understanding the demands placed on the individual at a personal, social, and professional level. Anxiety is viewed as a message connected to the effort to adapt, rather than as a sign of weakness.

Through therapy:
• the individual’s relationship with anxiety is explored,
• the ability for emotional regulation is strengthened,
• more functional ways of managing everyday life are cultivated.

Through the narrative approach, the stories related to pressure, responsibility, and control are reexamined, allowing the development of a more flexible and less self-critical attitude toward oneself.

At the same time, therapy is based on an integrative approach, tailored to the individual’s specific needs. In this context, emphasis is placed on recognizing the signs of anxiety, developing regulation skills, modifying dysfunctional thought patterns, and strengthening resilience.

The goal is to create a daily life with greater balance, inner stability, and a sense of control.
